A Flood of Stitches was born out of my desire to share the joy for my newly acquired talent with as many people as possible. I am a young professional, who was only recently introduced to knitting. Having never displayed much talent at any other craft before, this experience has opened my eyes.
I am now endeavouring to learn as much about this art as I can, in order to recreate the many wonderful things I have seen.
I primarily knit for friends and family, however am also happy to take on commissioned work in return for appropriate compensation as agreed upon at the time of commissioning.

Join me in this journey, as I learn the theories and skills required to cast on and off, knit, purl, increase and decrease, make cables, and produce master pieces.
Blog posts focus on my own experiences along the way, but also share some essential knitting skills, how-tos and adapted and original patterns.
